I've spent the last few weeks reminiscing on my wedding weekend, it truly has become a part of me. I remember in the beginning planning stages, I was hesitant to involve a creative director because I felt that no one could understand my vision - it was unique, bold and special. After one phone call, followed by a mood board created from you, I knew you were the one that was going to bring my vision to reality. 

I felt at ease throughout the year of planning because I knew we shared the same vision with the themes, aesthetics and most importantly - the details! I felt comfortable with every step of the way because I felt seen and understood by you. Every idea I had, you brought it to life and for that, I thank you. I gave you two challenges, a welcome party with an edgy and modern concept and a wedding with a romantic and elegant theme... you executed them perfectly.

I remember the moment I stepped into both venues for the parties, I instantly got emotional and teary eyed. You and I spent a year working on my dream wedding and I saw it all come to fruition in the most perfect way. Every concept, every detail, all done with absolute perfection and above all - love. My guests and I continue to talk about it, the perfect Mexican wedding.

When my husband and I got engaged, friends and family always warned us that wedding planning is so stressful, but I can truly say we didn’t feel that way and thoroughly enjoyed each stage - I hope the same for you, too! Much of that is largely due to Hugo and his wonderful team. 

Hugo designed and curated a look-book and list of vendors that surpassed our dreams. Each one was hand selected by him to fit the overall vision, budget and vibe we were going for. 

When there were things we felt like were missing or we wanted to cut back on, he would research and find alternate solutions without thinking twice. When we felt like we wanted to change something or had questions, he’d always give his honest opinion but would leave the decision up to us. I could go on and on about how great the planning was! I would be doing a disservice if I didn’t touch on how seamless the day of the wedding was. 

As someone who is in the events industry and witnesses beautiful events every day, I can truly say I was blown away with the beauty Hugo executed. Not only was the day visually stunning, but I didn’t have to think or stress about a single thing the entire day. From getting ready, transporting to the venue, getting dressed, changing outfits, eating, etc. There was someone there supporting and guiding me through to ensure nothing but perfection. 

Every part of our day was filled with the highest amount of love, even from the staff and vendors. I wish we could live it all over! 

While I don’t think there are enough words to express my gratitude and respect for Hugo and his business, I hope this paints a little of a picture on how working with him would be.
